Let’s Practice!

"Yoga" (योग) comes from the Sanskrit root "yuj" (युज्), to yoke, unite, or join. It signifies the union of body, mind, and spirit, the connection between the individual and the universal. The LYC offers a variety of yogic practices to promote this union.

Extended Practice

Join the email list and receive invitations for local (Harrisonburg) 90-minute practices. Each of these all-levels practices are $10 and the proceeds benefit a good cause.

Private Group Practice

Meet up locally (Shenandoah Valley, Virginia) for a unique outdoor or indoor practice. You and the other attendees pick where we practice (e.g. a park, a backyard, a home gym). Please reach out with any inquiries!
